NHS Sussex is reviewing the situation across the county for people who need transport to, from and between NHS healthcare settings. These are known as Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS). The aim of NEPTS is to ensure that patients who are eligible receive safe, timely, comfortable and clinically appropriate transport. We want to understand what the situation is like for people who use NEPTS and/or their carers to get to and from their healthcare appointments. This will help us build a more patient-focused service and provide better support to the people of Sussex.
