The Sussex Health and Care Partnership is an alliance of providers and commissioners working across the Sussex area, working collaboratively to redesign care and improve population health. This partnership is moving towards becoming an Integrated Care System by 1st April 2020.
All of the partner organisations involved reach, listen and hear from their populations, those who use services and their carers, in different ways, but there is a common desire to use feedback to change and improve services and the experience people have.
As a system, we are holding a workshop to look at how we engage with and involve people across their health and care journey, to explore and agree common principles, and consider “what good looks like” for Patient and Public Involvement in a collaborative way.
A range of stakeholders across Sussex have the opportunity to work together, with the support of an external facilitator, to develop these joint areas.
The workshop will be held on:
4th February 2020
At the Amex Community Stadium (Harveys Brewery Lounge), Village Way, Brighton BN1 9BL
1.00 – 4.30 pm (refreshments from 12.30 pm)
In order to ensure we get a mix of people across the system this is by invitation only. We would like to invite 2 PPG reps from each CCG. In order to make this a fair process I have set up a SurveyMonkey where you can submit your interest in attending the event.
On Monday 6th January I will pick names out of a hat.
Please only complete the Surveymonkey if you are able to attend.
